AMC's Breaking Bad is full of brilliant moments. The last clip I posted would be in my top 5 favorite TV moments, and if I had to choose my favorite? This is the one. One of the single most powerful scenes from any television show ever made is the final scene of episode 11 of season 4. Walter races home to get every last dollar he has to pay a guy to get him and his family into hiding ASAP as there is a hit on him. When he gets to the crawl space where he has hidden the money he discovers a large chunk is missing...and his wife Skylar reveals she gave this money to her ex-boss and ex-lover Ted Beneke. The reasons for that would be to complicated to explain.
But this scene is what it is due to the remarkable work of Emmy winner Bryan Cranston, who makes The Dark Knights the Joker look silly when he freaks out in the clip below. Cranston should win his fourth Emmy just for this scene alone. Walter White is the best character on TV right now, and that's due in part because there is no better actor on TV currently than Bryan Cranston. If you disagree...I'm sorry. Enjoy:
