Short blog, but I wanted to mention this!
It was just announced that Assassins Creed III, the new game in the series, will be released October 30th, 2012! The storyline goes:
"18th Century North America.
After more than 20 years of conflict, the 13 American colonies and the British Crown are on the brink of all out war. Battle lines are drawn. Bloodshed is inevitable.
Out of the embers of his burning village, a new assassin will rise. Born of Mohawk and British blood, his fight for freedom and justice will be forged in the flames of revolution.
Assassin's Creed III hits the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on October 30"
This is actually the fifth game in the series, the second and third games were called Brotherhood and Revelations respectfully. It followed the characters of Ezio and Altair as they battled the templars. I won't go into the entire storyline here. The point is, a new AC creed is coming out and I am very excited about this! They are some of my favorite games! Although, "Revelations" was not an amazing game, in fact it was kind of boring, but it was still a good game overall.
I'm excited to see a whole new story and whole new assassin. I wonder if Desmond will still be apart of this one? They didn't exactly wrap his story up at the end of the last game. We shall see.
